O P I N I O N This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary of a habitation. Trial was to the court, which found Appellant, Corey A. Nimitz, guilty and assessed his punishment at ten years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
