Defendant Samuel France pleaded guilty to distribution of fifty grams or more of a controlled substance, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Defendant has a 1991 felony conviction for delivering a controlled substance. In 1992, Defendant pleaded guilty to assault with the intent to commit criminal sexual conduct involving penetration, a violation of MCL § 750.520g(l).
