The instant litigation pits the reorganization Bankruptcy Trustee (“the Trustee”) of O.P.M. Leasing Services, Inc. (“OPM”) against one of OPM’s customers. OPM, an acronym for Other People’s Money, was the vehicle for one of the largest frauds in history.
