CHESNUT, District Judge.

The question now presented in the above entitled case is whether a fund of $31,058.70 in the possession of the receiver of the Baltimore Trust Company, Trustee, subject to the order of this court in the above entitled case, should be impress*818ed with a trust in favor of the British American Oil Producing Company. The question arises out of the following circumstance now to be stated, and which I find as facts from the testimony at the hearing and trial on the above intervention of the British American Oil Producing Company.
