HALL, District Judge.
This case came on to be heard upon the petition of the bankrupt for “a full discharge from all his debts, and a certificate thereof;” and upon due proof of the service and publication of notice of the order to show cause against such discharge, as required by the bankrupt act [of 1867 (14 Stat. 517)], the general orders in bankruptcy, and the rules of this court.
