Petitioner Jolanta Burbiene seeks review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) denying her application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the United Nations Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). Burbiene (“petitioner”) filed an application for asylum on behalf of herself and her daughter, Agniete Burbaite (“Agniete”). The petition identified Arvydas Burba (“Arvydas”), as her husband.
