KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:
This domestic saga has now spanned three countries, ten years, and a myriad of motions, hearings, and orders. Upon this latest scene, staged in federal court, we attempt to draw the final curtain.
Briefly stated, the facts are as follows: Waclav and Jacqueline Jagiella were divorced pursuant to a Florida divorce decree on April 7, 1971. That judgment required appellant husband to pay appellee wife alimony and child support of $230 per week.
