Reversing.

On January 26, 1919, Virgil A. Harden, a young man then twenty years of age, made written application for membership in the Modern Brotherhood of America, a fraternal, beneficiary association, organized under the laws of the state of Iowa, and in said application he designated as the beneficiary of the certificate to be issued to him under the said application, in the event of his death, his wife, Lillie Harden, and thereafter on the 4th day of February, 1919, his said application was approved, and in accordance therewith there was issued…
