SCHERMER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The United States of America (the “Government”), appeals the bankruptcy court order confirming Bruce and Mary Krause’s (the “Debtors”) amended chapter 12 plan (the “Amended Plan”). The Amended Plan allows the Debtors to use payments received under the Conservation Reserve Program (“CRP”) contract to pay part of a mortgage debt (“Mortgage Debt”) owed to the Farm Service Agency (“FSA”) and bars the Government from offsetting funds from the CRP against the Mortgage Debt.
