On the application of the above-named plaintiff an alternative writ of mandamus issued out of this court, commanding the defendants to desist from collecting any fares, rates, or charges for carrying passengers, freight, and baggage between points wholly within the state of North Dakota, other than those stated in the schedules on file in the office of the board of railroad commissioners of the state; or that they show cause why they have not done so.
