I cannot agree with the decision of the court in this case, and the question in issue, involving as it does the sovereignty of the state, the power of the legislature, and the duty of the courts, is of such importance that I feel that I should briefly state the reasons for my dissent.
The facts material to an understanding of my view are that the plaintiff is a New York corporation not licensed in Wisconsin.
