Two questions are presented by the motion to dismiss filed herein by the defendant, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. First, may a foreign corporation, an insurance company qualified to do business in the State of Oklahoma, be served with a summons and sued in any of the federal courts of Oklahoma, in a case otherwise properly brought in such federal court ?
