MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

JAMES T. FOLEY, District Judge.

This bankruptcy review involves an interesting and close question of interpretation of the New York Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), effective September 27, 1964. The search is for legislative intent concerning construction of a very limited term as used in the new Code.
