PUDLOWSKI, Judge.

The litigation leading to this appeal involves a medical malpractice action brought by appellants, Frederick Klaus (Patient) and his wife Barbara Klaus. The jury returned a verdict for the respondents, C. Joseph Deen, M.D. (Doctor) and C. Joseph Deen, M.D., P.C. On appeal, appellants argue the trial court erred in: (1) Excluding appellants’ expert witness from the courtroom during the testimony of respondents’ expert witness, and (2) giving a withdrawal instruction which withdrew from the jury’s consideration the' fact that Doctor did not order a CT scan prior to performing…
