Claimant was employed for several years as a truck driver and general yard man by the employer, Pacos Construction Company, Inc.* In March 1986, claimant injured his shoulder and arm at work and filed for workers’ compensation benefits. Claimant’s physician initially gave him a medical release stating that he could return to work on April 23, 1986. A second release from the physician extended that date to May 27, 1986.
