Darden, Judge:

In accordance with his pleas of guilty, the appellant was convicted by special court-martial of four unauthorized absences and of breaking restriction. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for four months and fifteen days, forfeiture of $50.00 per month for five months, and reduction to the pay grade of E-l.
