Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 20, 1973, which granted defendants’ motion to dismiss the indictment filed against them. Order reversed, on the law and the facts, indictment reinstated and motion denied. The matter is remitted to the Criminal Term with directions that an immediate trial preference be granted the defendants. Defendants were arrested on March 23, 1972.
