ON APPELLANT’S motion for rehearing.

HAWKINS, Judge.

Appellant requested the court to instruct the jury that his coindictees, Carl Chance, Lonnie Sikes and Olen Tyler would not be permitted to testify as witnesses for appellant even if they desired to do so. The court declined to give such instruction, and appellant complained of its refusal.
