Waffle House, Inc. appeals from a jury verdict finding that its employee sexually harassed Appellee Cathie Williams, a former Waffle House employee, that Waffle House’s negligence in “supervising and/or retaining” the employee proximately caused damage to Williams, and that Waffle House constructively discharged Williams by an official action.
