Appellant, Homer Allen Marcum, was charged by indictment with the felony offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.021 (Vernon 1987). Appellant pled guilty, and was convicted. The trial court assessed punishment at confinement for ten years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, probated. One of the conditions of appellant’s probation was to submit to a polygraph examination every six months.
