*1173Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Kenneth R. Fisher, J.), entered November 18, 2005 in a breach of contract action. The order granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and denied plaintiffs’ cross motion for leave to amend the complaint to add a cause of action for fraud.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
