I. INTRODUCTION
In the present action, Plaintiff Western World Insurance Company seeks a declaration that it is liable for a maximum of $100,000 in insurance coverage under a series of annual commercial general liability policies it issued to Defendant Lula Belle Stewart Center, Inc., a foster care agency.
