FOSTER, Justice.

The question on this appeal is the validity of an Act of the Legislature, approved July 22, 1947, Loc.Acts 1947, p. 98, making appropriation for the relief of Mrs. Clifford Horn, payable out of the county treasury in an amount not exceeding $2000.00, to be allowed and fixed by the Board of Revenue. The Act recites that she was injured when the automobile in which she was riding ran into a washed out bridge on a certain county road, whereby certain specified injuries occurred.
