The defendant employer appeals a judgment that awards the claimant workers' compensation benefits, penalties, and attorney fees. For the reasons that follow, we amend the judgment and affirm it as amended.

FACTS

On January 6, 2015, Katina Hodges was working at the Golden Nugget Casino as a security guard. While standing next to a podium at an entrance to the casino where she performed identification checks, Ms. Hodges fainted and fell to the floor.
