Transportation Equipment Company, plaintiff, a partnership composed of Charles R. Robertson and Richard E. St. Pe, is engaged in the business of repairing automotive equipment, especially large trailers and trucks. Younger Bros., Inc., defendant, is a corporation engaged in the business of transporting petroleum products by tank trucks.
