L. C. Brannan brought suit against the city of Brunswick and the county of Glynn for personal injuries alleged *63to have been sustained by him through their negligence, by reason of which he claims damages. His petition was amended, striking therefrom all reference to the county of Glynn and proceeding against the city of Brunswick as sole defendant. A general demurrer was sustained and his petition dismissed; to which ruling he excepted.
