EVANS, Circuit Judge.
The two above entitled appeals are from an order of the District Court directing its clerk to issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of three officers of Sears, Roebuck and Company before a notary public in Chicago and directing said clerk to issue subpoenas duces tecum directed to said company for the production of books, records, and documents enumerated.
