This is an action for damages alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff while at work on the farm of defendant as a hired man.

The petition alleges, in substance, that on or about September 14, 1920, and prior thereto the defendant was a farmer engaged in farming in Boone county, an! the plaintiff an infant of 10 years, and that on said date the plaintiff was employed, through his father, by defendant to work as a farm hand; that the plaintiff had never been employed to do work of that character, and was wholly ignorant of the proper tools to work with and wholly…
