Blair appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nastasi, J.), entered June 15, 2007, as denied that branch of her motion which was for leave to serve a late notice of claim on behalf of her infant son Derek A. Thomas.
