SMITH, Judge.

This is an appeal from the final orders entered in a dissolution of marriage action. Glenda Zimmerman (wife) asserts that the trial cou -1 erred in that portion of its order dividing the property of the parties. We perceive no error and thus affirm.

Prior to their marriage, the parties, each of whom had been previously married, executed a written pre-nuptial agreement preserving to each their respective separate assets.
