Culkin, J.:
The plaintiff brings this action to foreclose the mortgage on premises in the town of Hannibal, county of Oswego, N. Y., and asks for the usual judgment of foreclosure and sale and for judgment for deficiency against all the defendants.
The defendants John V. Scripter and Ethol E.
