DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} This is a pro se appeal from the order of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, denying appellant's "Post Conviction Petition to Vacate and Correct Sentence." Because we conclude that the trial court correctly dismissed appellant's petition for postconviction relief, we affirm.
