OPINION

BAKER, Judge

Healthscript, Inc. (Healthscript) appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion to suppress and motion to dismiss with respect to criminal charges lodged against it for Medicaid Fraud,1 a class C felony. Specifically, Healthscript contends that the cause should have been dismissed because the State was improperly prosecuting it for an alleged violation of an administrative regulation. ■ Healthscript further maintains that the motion to suppress should have been granted because the affidavit for the search warrant contained unsubstantiated hearsay evidence and falsehoods.…
