The commercial partnership of Aponte & Sobrino brought an action of debt against the heirs of José Pérez Llera, to wit, his natural children and his mother Isabel Llera, and *438Jenaro Cautiño Insúa, executor of tíre will of the deceased José Pérez Llera.
