The record before us is not in dispute and, concisely stated, reflects that the McEIroys entered into an oral agreement with the Pattons for certain repair work to be done to their home, the price to be $1,963. The basement walls and a concrete basement floor were to be poured; new steps at the rear of the house were to be constructed and the front steps were to be removed and replaced.
