Plaintiffs move pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 67(b) for this court to distribute $1,000,000 deposited in the court’s registry in satisfaction of the undisputed portion of the Judgment by Interye-nor Interlocal Risk Financing Fund of North Carolina (“iRFFNC”), the municipal risk pobl trust for Defendant Town of Mocksville' (“the Town”), in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 2041.
