We perceive no sufficient reason for disturbing the judgment of the Appellate Court. We concur with that court in holding that under our registry laws the record of this trust deed does not charge subsequent bona fide purchasers without actual notice°with knowledge of the amount of the indebtedness of the promissory note set out in the bill. .We concur, also, in the main, with the reasoning expressed by that court in its opinion, as reported in 11 Bradwell, 665.
