These are appeals by Darrell Cox and Phyllis M. Sweeting (Petitioners) from determinations of the Commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police (Com missioner) to dismiss Petitioners from employment. Petitioners were probationary state troopers at the time of their discharges.
