Appeal from Wi/rmeshiek District Oowrt. The petitioner alleges that he is the father of Yictor G. Drumb, a minor child of the age of five years, and that as snch parent he is entitled to the custody of said child. He asks a writ of habeas corpus to the end that said child may be released from the illegal custody of the defendants and awarded to him. The District Court dismissed the petition, and adjudged that the defendants retain the said Yictor in their custody.
