OPINION ON PARTIAL REMAND
In People v. Kessler (1973), 11 Ill.App.3d 321, this court reversed defendant’s conviction for the offense of attempted murder. The Illinois Supreme Court allowed the People’s petition for leave to appeal and thereafter reinstated the judgment of conviction. (People v. Kessler (1974), 57 Ill.2d 493.)
