O’NIELL, Chief Justice.
H. H. Addison, a resident of St. Helena Parish, died intestate in 1900, survived by the widow in community, Martha Jane Addison, and five sons, namely, W. H. Addison, Amos Addison, R. R. Addison, H. Kirby Addison, and Hosea Lea Addison. The estate of the decedent consisted of a tract of land of about 400 acres, which was his separate property, and two tracts of land comprising about 292 acres, which were community property.
