TEIGEN, Chief Justice.

The plaintiff, as respondent, has filed a petition for rehearing.

Three points are raised in this petition which may be succinctly stated as follows: (1) the court erred in finding that the plaintiff had failed to furnish specifications of error in support of his motion for a new trial in the trial court; (2) the appeal by the defendants from the order for additur or new trial compels this court to review the whole order and, therefore, although the plaintiff’s appeal was ineffective, his arguments, nevertheless, should be reviewed on the appeal…
