In this Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, after due notice, a hearing was held April 1, 2008, in Butte on Debtor’s Motion to Modify Stay filed March 7, 2008, and on Debtor’s Objection to Proof of Claim No. 6 filed by Mike McVicker.
