This case presents a contest between the heirs at law of Dawson E. Hale, deceased, and the widow, the defendant Callie Hale, Dawson E. Hale having died intestate in Knox County, Tennessee, on April 13, 1943, leaving Ms widow, and- a number of brothers and sisters as bis heirs at law. (He bad no children.)
