ORDER

ALLEY, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court following the response of plaintiffs counsel to the Court’s Show Cause orders, and on the Motion for Sanctions filed by the defendant, the Humane Society of Lawton, pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 11. The Court has considered the parties’ submissions and finds as follows.

On November 2, 1995, the Court entered an Order granting the Humane Society’s motion to dismiss. The Court found that plaintiffs claims were barred by the applicable statutes of limitation. Plaintiff had filed suit seeking damages for defendant’s alleged trespass and…
