Appellee, claiming that he had received injuries by reason of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by appellant, filed with the Industrial Board an application for compensation. An agreement between the parties as to compensation was filed with, and approved by, the board on September 30, 1920, by the terms of which appellee was to receive $13.20 per week for the period of his total disability, *516commencing August 20, 1920.
