MORRISON, Presiding Judge.

The offense is driving while intoxicated; the punishment, 3 days in jail and a fine of $50.00.

The sufficiency of the evidence to show that the appellant was driving his automobile on the occasion in question is challenged. Mrs. Brown testified that she lived on Division Street; that she heard an automobile collide with her automobile which was parked outside; that she ran to the door and saw the appellant “drive his car a short distance;” and that he then went to his door.
