THIS MATTER came on before the Court on June 19, 1996, for trial of the Plaintiffs Amended Complaint, 1 seeking the determination of the dischargeability of certain marital obligations pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(15). These obligations arise out of a divorce decree between the Debtor, Daniel D.
