In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the Town of Huntington appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 15, 1980, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against it. Order reversed, on the law, with $50 costs and disbursements, motion granted, and complaint dismissed as against the Town of Huntington.
