This is an appeal from the circuit court of Coles County dismissing the plaintiff’s suit against his employer with prejudice and entering a judgment in bar on the ground that his suit did not state a cause of action. The basic pith of the holding is that since the plaintiff-employee was covered by the Workmen’s Compenation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 48, par. 133.1 et seq.), he had no recovery against his employer under the statute commonly referred to as the Structural Work Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 48, par. 60 et seq.)
